This makes up the majority and most important ingredient in a plant-based drink. All our water comes from the Montseny Natural Park, an area with exceptional water quality which is low in sodium.
We use whole grain oats; we don’t use any flours and their origin is 100% European.
Soya is a superfood because of its high nutrient content and, as well as being rich in fibre, it is also a source of protein. All our soya is certified to guarantee that the product is transgenic-free.
It has a somewhat strange name but it is a mineral source of calcium. It is very abundant in nature, and is present on rocks, shells and corals.
This is an oil with a mild flavour that allows us to give the drink that extra creaminess it needs.
