  • 125 g spelt flour
  • 30 g fine oat flakes
  • 200 ml almond drink
  • 1 tablespoon apple vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Olive oil for the pan


  • 1.Sift the flour with the yeast, cacao and salt in a bowl and mix with the oat flakes. Add the plant-based drink, apple vinegar, syrup and vanilla and mix thoroughly.
  • 2.Prepare a small frying pan at medium heat. Add a little oil and take some of the mixture with a ladle, heating it until it comes off the pan and starts to bubble. Turn it over and do the same on the other side.
  • 3.Serve accompanied by a few slices of banana and a little agave syrup on top.
