CHOCOLATE PANCAKES
Ingredients:
- 125 g spelt flour
- 30 g fine oat flakes
- 200 ml almond drink
- 1 tablespoon apple vinegar
- 3 tablespoons agave syrup
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Olive oil for the pan
Elaboration:
- 1.Sift the flour with the yeast, cacao and salt in a bowl and mix with the oat flakes. Add the plant-based drink, apple vinegar, syrup and vanilla and mix thoroughly.
- 2.Prepare a small frying pan at medium heat. Add a little oil and take some of the mixture with a ladle, heating it until it comes off the pan and starts to bubble. Turn it over and do the same on the other side.
- 3.Serve accompanied by a few slices of banana and a little agave syrup on top.
