Home-made Granola with Blueberries
Ingredients
- 50 g blueberries
- 1 red apple
Granola:
- 100 g oats
- 25 g sunflower and pumpkin seeds
- 25 g almond flakes
- Small pieces of green apple
- Cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp honey
Creamy soya yogurt and coconut drink:
- 2 soya yogurts
- 1/2 cup of our coconut drink
- 1 tbsp honey

Method
- Start by making the home-made granola. Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix them together well.
- Then, in a hot frying pan, toast the granola mixture, stirring it until it starts to brown and then put it to one side.
- For the creamy yogurt mixture, place the yogurt, coconut drink and honey in a bowl and whisk it together until you get a light, creamy texture.
- Now, you just need to put the creamy mixture, a few blueberries and the granola in a bowl, together with a few slices of red apple, some honey drizzled over the top and you have a delicious breakfast ready to enjoy.
