Ingredients for 2 glasses

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds (large dessertspoons)
  • 1 cup chocolate and oat milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup hazelnuts (about 20)
  • 1/8 cup chocolate shavings or pieces
  • Honey


  1. First, prepare the chia pudding

  2. 2.Beat the chia and milk together in an airtight jar and then close it.

  3. 3.Place the mixture in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight (the more it rests, the denser it will be).

  4. 4.Crush the banana with a fork and beat it well with a whisk until you obtain a fine purée.

  5. 5.Place 3 or 4 tablespoons of the pudding mixture in a small glass to taste. Add 2 tablespoons of

    banana and top it off with some chopped nuts and chocolate shavings.

  6. 6.Sweeten with a large dash of honey.
