RAW CHOCOLATE TARTLETS

Ingredients: (for 4 tartlets)

  • For the dough:
  • 75 g quinoa flakes
  • 100 g hazelnuts
  • 12 pitted medjool dates
  • For the filling:
  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons hazelnut cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or essence
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 80 ml agave syrup
  • 60 ml hazelnut drink
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 1 pinch of salt flakes

 

Preparation

  • 1. To make the dough: mix all the ingredients in the processor until are well crushed. Distribute them in the tart molds and press well giving them the shape. Leave in the fridge for about 2 hours to make them firmer.
  • 2. To make the chocolate filling: mix all the ingredients until obtaining a cream without lumps. Unmold the tartlets, pour the mixture into them and leave in the fridge for 4 hours before to serve.
