Home-made Granola with Blueberries

Ingredients

  • 50 g blueberries
  • 1 red apple

Granola:

  • 100 g oats
  • 25 g sunflower and pumpkin seeds
  • 25 g almond flakes
  • Small pieces of green apple
  • Cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp honey

Creamy soya yogurt and coconut drink:

  • 2 soya yogurts
  • 1/2 cup of our coconut drink
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method

  1. Start by making the home-made granola. Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix them together well.
  2. Then, in a hot frying pan, toast the granola mixture, stirring it until it starts to brown and then put it to one side.
  3. For the creamy yogurt mixture, place the yogurt, coconut drink and honey in a bowl and whisk it together until you get a light, creamy texture.
  4. Now, you just need to put the creamy mixture, a few blueberries and the granola in a bowl, together with a few slices of red apple, some honey drizzled over the top and you have a delicious breakfast ready to enjoy.
