RED FRUIT AND CHOCOLATE POPS WITH NUTS

INGREDIENTS (8 POPS):

100 ml plant-based walnut drink
1/2 a frozen ripe banana (if it’s very ripe you won’t need to add any more sweeteners)
200 g frozen red fruits
1 medjool date (optional)
200 g chocolate for melting
1 tbsp. coconut oil

PREPARATION (STEP BY STEP)

1.Beat the banana, red fruits and nut drink together (and the date if you want a sweeter taste).

2. Pour into the moulds and freeze.

3. For the chocolate bath: heat the chocolate and coconut oil very gently in a bain-marie. Add the chopped nuts. Leave to cool at room temperature without allowing it to thicken.

4. Place the chocolate in a tall container, remove the pops from the mould and dip them in the chocolate.

5. You can eat them immediately or freeze them for later.
