Why do some YOSOY drinks contain oil?
+At YOSOY, we use two types of oils: rapeseed oil and high-oleic sunflower oil. The first one gives our beverages the desired body and texture (key to our Barista drinks) – we chose this ingredient for its neutral flavor, ideal for pairing with coffee. It is also rich in unsaturated fatty acids. The latter is a high quality oil with a higher monounsaturated fat content than conventional sunflower oil, making it more resistant to nutritional loss and allowing us to achieve a more balanced final flavour.
Why do YOSOY drinks taste sweet even though they don't contain any added sugars?
+Because being sweet is literally in our nature. Our plant-based drinks don’t contain added sugars; they simply contain the sugars naturally present in grains and their processing. We don’t add anything else. You can see the exact amount in the nutritional table on each packaging.
How long do YOSOY drinks last before opening?
+Our plant-based drinks can be stored perfectly for 9 to 12 months. Before deciding to throw it away, we recommend you opening it and checking if it’s still good; we prefer avoiding any type of waste.
How long do YOSOY drinks last in the refrigerator?
+Take a look before throwing it away! Although it is recommended to keep it in the fridge for 3-4 days after opening, it’s best to check by its smell. We have a few recipes so you can use up that little bit of plant-based milk. 馃槈
Why do we recommend shaking YOSOY drinks before opening them?
+Since we don’t use any additives in our drinks, we ask that you shake your plant-based drink before serving it in order to ensure it is perfectly homogeneous.

Which YOSOY drinks contain calcium?
+Most YOSOY drinks do not contain calcium, with the exception of YOSOY THIS IS NOT MILK and YOSOY OAT CALCIUM. These two plant-based drinks have added calcium (calcium carbonate), which naturally occurs in minerals and some marine organisms. It is often used in plant-based drinks as a fortification to improve bone health. The rest of our drinks are not enriched with calcium; they simply contain the calcium naturally present in ingredients. Since these amounts are negligible, you will not see them included in the nutritional information.
Which YOSOY drinks are GLUTEN-FREE?
+We know that avoiding gluten can leave you with limited options, but that’s not the case here. Here’s a selection of all our gluten-free drinks for you to choose from. 馃檪 You can identify them on the back of our cartons with their crossed-out grain symbol and corresponding code, as required by labeling regulations. However, if you have any allergies or intolerances, we always recommend speaking with your nutritionist or doctor. They will know what’s best in your individual case.
Which YOSOY drinks do contain gluten?
+These are the YOSOY drinks that do contain gluten: YOSOY CHOCO OATS聽and YOSOY OATS + NUTS. Although oats are a naturally gluten-free cereal, cross-contamination can occur due to proximity to other crops like wheat. We strive to provide you with all the nutritional information on our packaging as clearly as possible, which is why you can easily find it in the ingredients list. What allergens do YOSOY drinks contain?
+One of our goals is to ensure you always know what you’re eating and drinking, which is why we print the ingredients’s list in large letters on the carton to make it easier for you to take care of yourself. Some YOSOY drinks may contain the following allergens: soy, oats, or nuts.
Do YOSOY drinks contain lactose?
+All our products are free of animal-derived ingredients. Therefore, they do not contain lactose, milk protein (casein), derivatives nor traces. No ingredient of animal origin enters our factory, making all our products suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Why are plant-based drinks more sustainable than animal milk?
+Plant-based drinks require less water and resources to produce, but also generate fewer greenhouse gas emissions. By using less land, deforestation and environmental impact are reduced. In a nutshell, by drinking plant-based drinks you’re not only taking care of yourself, you’re also taking care of the planet.
