COCONUT BALLS WITH YOSOY RICE + COCONUT
Looking for new holiday recipe ideas or just want to try a different dessert? Coconut balls are round-shaped sweets that are very easy and quick to prepare and require few ingredients. You only need coconut, flour and Yosoy‘s coconut rice drink to get a delicious result.
INGREDIENTS (FOR 10 – 12 BALLS):
70g grated coconut
140ml YOSOY RICE+COCONUT DRINK
25g coconut flour
2 tablespoons of coconut oil (in liquid form)
20g sweetener (optional!)
Extra shredded coconut to coat the balls


PREPARATION (STEP BY STEP)
For this recipe you will need a lot of coconut: prepare the shredded coconut, coconut flour, oil and shredded coconut to coat the balls. You can use a sweetener of your choice as an alternative to sugar. All you must do is mix the ingredients well, shape the balls and let them cool in the fridge.
1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix very well.
2. Take portions and shape them into balls.
3. Pour more grated coconut on a plate and roll each ball in it.
4. When you have them all, put them in the fridge to cool and harden.
