NEW YEAR’S EVE PUNCH
INGREDIENTS:
400 ml Yosoy Oats or Barista Oats
100 g raw macadamia nuts
4 medjool dates, peeled and pitted
2 tablespoons maple syrup
a pinch of nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon for decoration
PREPARATION (STEP BY STEP)
1. Soak the macadamia nuts overnight in a bowl covered with water.
2. Whisk all ingredients together until well blended.
3. Serve and garnish with a little cinnamon.
