INGREDIENTS:

200 ml YOSOY Nut drink
120 g oat flour
1 medium carrot, grated
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. nut cream (we used cashew nuts)
1 tbsp. sweetener
1/2 tsp. baking powder

PREPARATION (STEP BY STEP)

Follow these steps to make healthy, vegan oatmeal carrot pancakes. It’s as easy as putting all the ingredients together, placing the pancakes in the pan and decorating them with your favourite toppings. Serve them on the spot and enjoy a delicious breakfast!

1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl (except the carrot).

2. Add the carrot and mix well.

3. Leave to stand for 5 min.

4. Cook the pancakes in a non-stick pan.

5. Garnish with vegetable yoghurt, syrup and chopped walnuts.
