CARROT CAKE PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS:
200 ml YOSOY Nut drink
120 g oat flour
1 medium carrot, grated
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. nut cream (we used cashew nuts)
1 tbsp. sweetener
1/2 tsp. baking powder



PREPARATION (STEP BY STEP)
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl (except the carrot).
2. Add the carrot and mix well.
3. Leave to stand for 5 min.
4. Cook the pancakes in a non-stick pan.
5. Garnish with vegetable yoghurt, syrup and chopped walnuts.
