BUCKWHEAT WITH FRUIT AND YOSOY WALNUTS
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup (125ml) YOSOY Oat + Walnuts drink
1/2 cup raw buckwheat
1 large ripe banana (150g pulp)
3/4 teaspoon ground Ceylon cinnamon
1 tablespoon pure cocoa
PREPARATION (STEP BY STEP)
1. Soak the buckwheat for at least 8 hours in the fridge.
2. Strain it, wash it well and put it in the blender together with the oat and walnut drink, the cocoa, the cinnamon, and the banana. Blend until smooth.
3. Serve in a bowl and decorate with toppings of your choice.
