CHOCO-HAZELNUT MOUSSE
INGREDIENTS
100 g dark chocolate
1 avocado
1 ripe banana
80 ml Yosoy Hazelnut and Rice drink
1 tbsp. sweetener
PREPARATION (STEP BY STEP)
1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and process until you have a fine cream.
2. Chill for 6 hours.
3. Serve with more chocolate and toasted hazelnuts.
