CHOCOLATE TART

INGREDIENTS (FOR 2 – 4 PERSONS):

100 g melted dark chocolate
1 + ½ avocado
500ml YOSOY Chocoavena drink
Pinch of salt
½ teaspoon vanilla powder
3 tablespoons cocoa
3 tablespoons maple syrup or 4 pitted Medjool dates

PREPARATION (STEP BY STEP)

1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and set aside, saving some for the topping!

2. Put it in the blender together with the avocados, the YOSOY Chocoavena drink, the pinch of salt, the vanilla, the cocoa powder, and the maple syrup.

3. Blend until creamy.

4. Serve in bowls.

5. In a bowl, mix some of the melted dark chocolate with 1 teaspoon of tahini and pour over the mousse.
