CHOCOLATE FLAN WITH YOSOY OATS + SOYA
INGREDIENTS (makes 8 flan cakes):
800 ml vegetable drink
65 gr of dark chocolate min 70%
2 C raw cocoa powder
8 medjool dates, peeled and pitted
2cc agar-agar powder
PREPARATION (STEP BY STEP)
1. Heat 100 ml of vegetable drink and pour over the chopped dark chocolate.
2. Crush the dates with 100 ml of the vegetable drink.
3. Put the rest of the drink in a saucepan and heat a little. Pour in the chocolate, the dates and the cocoa powder and bring to the boil.
4. Just as it starts to boil, add the agar-agar, and leave for about 3 minutes.
5. Pour into silicone moulds (or silicone muffin tins) and leave to cool.
6. Set aside in the fridge and sprinkle with a little cocoa powder before serving.
7. Serve with coconut yoghurt.
