ENGLISH FLAPJACK WITH YOSOY OATS 0% SUGAR
INGREDIENTS:
270 gr oat flakes
200 gr nuts
100 ml YOSOY Oats 0% Sugar
200 ml liquid coconut oil
1 tablespoon vanilla paste
PREPARATION (STEP BY STEP)
1. Preheat the oven to 120º and while you line a rectangular mold (about 30cm x 25cm) with baking paper.
2. Crush 2/3 of the oat flakes and put them in a bowl. The rest of the flakes try to crush them but only a little.
3. Add the YOSOY drink, vanilla, coconut oil and nuts. Mix well.
4. Put the mixture in the mold and press well so that it is as smooth and level as possible and put a little baking paper on top.
5. Bake about 25 minutes.
6. Take it out of the oven and let it cool, then place it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
7. You can cut it into squares, bars or leave it whole.
