SUMMER SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS (FOR 1 – 2 PERSONS):
375ml of YOSOY Rice + Coconut drink
1 frozen diced peach
1 frozen chopped banana
1 handful of baby spinach
1 small piece of ginger
6 mint leaves
½ lime juice
PREPARATION (STEP BY STEP)
Just put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until creamy!
