ICED MATCHA LATTE

INGREDIENTS (FOR 2 PERSONS):

1/3 cup / 80 ml hot water (previously boiled)
1 tablespoon matcha tea powder
½ teaspoon vanilla
ice cubes
2 teaspoons maple syrup
2 cups / 500 ml of YOSOY Barista beverage

PREPARATION (STEP BY STEP)

1. Bring the water to the boil and leave to steep for 1 minute.

2. Put the matcha tea in a wide-mouth bowl with the vanilla, pour in some of the boiled water and stir well with a bamboo whisk until there are no lumps.

3. Add the rest of the water.

4. Take two glasses and put some ice and 1 teaspoon of maple syrup in each glass. Pour the YOSOY Barista drink into both glasses.

5. You can, if you like, whip the YOSOY Barista drink for extra creaminess. Pour the matcha tea mixture on top and enjoy!
