PA NAAN
INGREDIENTS FOR 6 UNITS
300 g wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
100 ml YOSOY OATMEAL 0% SUGAR
100 g vegetable yoghurt
2 tsp. baking powder
FOR COATING THE NAAN
3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 sliced garlic
1 tbsp. of chopped parsley
Grated cheese for filling (optional)
PREPARATION (STEP BY STEP)
1. Put the flour, yeast, salt, oat drink and yoghurt in a bowl. Mix with a spoon and then knead in the bowl with your hands for 6-7 minutes until the dough is homogeneous and does not stick together.
2. Transfer the dough ball to a floured surface and cut into 6 portions with a knife or scraper.
3. Take one portion, sprinkle with a little flour and roll it out with a rolling pin or bottle into an oval shape, try to make it about 3 mm thick. Place them on a piece of parchment paper to prevent them from sticking together.
4. Put a frying pan on the heat without oil and when it is hot, add the naan. Cook over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes until it starts to puff up, then turn it over and cook for a couple more minutes until golden brown. Remove the naan and brush with the garlic oil.
5. To infuse the oil quickly, heat it in a saucepan and add the sliced garlic. As soon as it is hot, remove it from the heat and let it cool while it infuses. Add the fresh parsley just before coating the naan.
