VEGETABLE FLAN WITH YOSOY HAZELNUTS

INGREDIENTS:

800 ml YOSOY Hazelnut drink
1 teaspoon of agar-agar

PREPARATION (STEP BY STEP)

1. Boil both ingredients in a saucepan for 3 minutes. Leave to cool in the same saucepan at room temperature and then refrigerate for 2 hours.

2. Turn out onto a plate to remove from the mould and decorate with syrup (optional).
