
PREPARATION (STEP BY STEP)
1. Place all the ingredients to make the pancake batter in a mixing glass and blend until a creamy texture is obtained. Once ready, leave to rest in the fridge for approximately one hour.
2. To make the red fruit sauce, take a medium saucepan and put all the red fruits in it together with the sugar and water, put it on a high heat to cook and stir from time to time. Once all the ingredients are cooked, remove from the heat and put it in the fridge to cool.
3. Once all these steps are ready, we take a non-stick frying pan and put it on the heat with a little sunflower oil and we make our pancakes, the ideal is to use a ladle and pour the same amount each time so that the pancakes are equal in size.
4. Once everything is ready, place several pancakes on a plate making a tower, add our homemade red fruit sauce and pour a little agave syrup on top.
