RICE WITH YOSOY OATS + SOYA
When it comes to traditional desserts, rice with milk (also known as rice pudding) is a must in our recipe book. This sweet dessert is very easy and quick to prepare, and requires very few ingredients, making it perfect to serve on any occasion.

INGREDIENTS:
100 gr of round rice
1 L of Yosoy it’s not milk
1 cinnamon stick
the peel of half a lemon
1 tbsp vanilla paste
30 ml agave syrup
cinnamon powder to decorate
PREPARATION (STEP BY STEP)
Follow these steps to prepare the traditional rice pudding, but with oats, which will leave you wanting more. You can cook it at any time of the year and serve it cold, warm or hot. Everyone puts their own twist on it, so find yours and adapt this vegetable rice pudding recipe to suit your tastes. Just wait and see how much you crave it every time!
1. Mix all the ingredients including the rice (except the cinnamon powder and syrup) in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
2. When it starts to boil, lower the heat, and leave it for 35-40 minutes.
3. Towards the end of the cooking time, add the syrup.
4. Allow it to remain a little liquid.
5. Turn off the heat, remove the lemon peel and cinnamon stick and serve in individual bowls or in a large bowl.
6. Leave to cool in the fridge and serve with a sprinkling of cinnamon powder on top.
*If you see that it’s too thick after taking it out of the fridge, you can add a little vegetable drink and mix again.
