SOCCA CRÊPES WITH YOSOY ALMONDS 0% SUGAR
INGREDIENTS (FOR 4 or 5 CRÊPES):
1 cup of chickpea flour (130g)
1 cup YOSOY 0% Sugar Almonds (250ml)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
PREPARATION (STEP BY STEP)
1. Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and add the vegetable drink while mixing, so that no lumps form. The texture should be homogeneous. When you have added it all, pour in the vinegar. Mix and leave to stand for 30 minutes.
2. Grease a frying pan with a little olive oil, and when it is hot, pour a little of the batter into the pan, spreading it well all over the base.
3. It should be a very thin layer. When it is cooked on one side, turn it over with a spatula and brown it on the other side.
4. Do the same with the whole dough.
5. Serve with whatever you like. I have spread it with hummus, sautéed mushrooms, avocado, tomatoes, and sprouts.
