VEGETABLES FRITTERS WITH YOSOY RICE
INGREDIENTS FOR 20 UNITS:
1 courgette
1 medium onion
2 carrots
1 handful basil leaves
½ cup buckwheat flour
½ cup YOSOY RICE
½ tsp. turmeric
½ tsp. garam masala or other spice to taste
Salt and pepper
Olive oil for frying
PREPARATION (STEP BY STEP)
1. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
2. Preheat oven to 200º.
3. Using a food processor, finely chop the carrots and red pepper.
4. Add the vegetables to the eggs and mix.
5. Add the rest of the ingredients.
6. Prepare 16 muffin tins and pour in the mixture.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180°.
