RAW CHOCOLATE TARTLETS
INGREDIENTS: (FOR 4 TARTALETS):
For the dough:
75 g quinoa flakes
100 g hazelnuts
12 pitted medjool dates
For the filling:
1 large ripe avocado
2 tablespoons hazelnut cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract or essence
2 tablespoons coconut oil
80ml agave syrup
60ml hazelnut drink
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
1 pinch of salt flakes
PREPARATION (STEP BY STEP)
1.To make the dough: mix all the ingredients in a food processor until they are finely ground. Spread them into the tartlet moulds and press them tightly into shape. Leave in the fridge for about 2 hours to firm them up.
2. To make the chocolate filling: mix all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Unmould the tartlets, pour the mixture into them and leave in the fridge for 4 hours before serving.
