CHOCOLATE PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS:

125 g spelt flour
30 g fine oat flakes
200 ml almond drink
1 tbsp. apple vinegar
3 tablespoons agave syrup
2 tablespoons cacao powder
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Olive oil for the pan

PREPARATION (STEP BY STEP)

1.Sift the flour with the yeast, cacao and salt in a bowl and mix with the oat flakes. Add the plant-based drink, apple vinegar, syrup and vanilla and mix thoroughly.

2.Prepare a small frying pan at medium heat. Add a little oil and take some of the mixture with a ladle, heating it until it comes off the pan and starts to bubble. Turn it over and do the same on the other side.

3.Serve accompanied by a few slices of banana and a little agave syrup on top.
